West Palm Beach FLORIDA Public Adjuster

Palm Beach county licensed INsurance adjuster

Did you know: Our service is free unless we can recover money for you. When we do recover money from your insurance company, we only charge a small percentage of the claim.

Don't let a disaster turn your life upside down, we are here to help you get back what you lost or what was destroyed. We are licensed West Palm Beach Public Adjusters and we work for you. Our adjusting services cost nothing if we are unable to get you money on your insurance claim.

We handle all types of damages and losses, but we specialize in hurricane, fire, flooding, wind and storm damage, lightning and power surge, theft or burglary and commercial losses (Downtime, lost productivity, loss of sales revenue). Our West Palm Beach adjusters can also review a denial or denied claim to confirm that the insurance company is correct, many times after a quick review we discover the policy holder was entitled to money for damages on the denied claim. We can file a supplemental claim if items or damage was missed in the original claim.

Remember we don't charge anything unless we recover money for you, we work for you and not the insurance company.

How much does it cost?

Our Public Adjuster service is free if nothing is collected from the insurance company, if we are able to get you money we charge a small percentage of the money collected from the insurance company. Our fees our usually covered by items that would have been missed and by the amount of time you save not having to do all the busy, technical and tedious claim work.

West Palm Beach Public Adjuster FAQ's

Question: Do you offer public adjusting service to Palm Beach County, specifically West Palm Beach? We learned about Public Adjusters last summer when our neighbor had a sinkhole form under their driveway and part of their home. We hoped to never need one, but after a recent tree decided to fall onto our home we need your services if possible. The tree didn't go all the way through the house, but it did cave in the attic.

Answer: We do cover Palm Beach County and actually all of Florida. We can have an adjuster out tomorrow to check out the damage and look at your insurance policy. Make sure to avoid that part of the home in case it collapses, I would even consider staying in a hotel for the night until we can come out to look at the damage. RECENT PUBLIC INSURANCE ADJUSTER SUCCESS STORY

Hail loss is not visible from the ground. We have settled five in one subdivision. The most recent involved Mr. W**** home. He was unaware that hail had occurred at his residence. We had just received 13,450 for his neighbor when I saw him gathering his mail. I stepped over to ask if his roof had been reviewed for hail damage. He said no but I was welcome to look. Most roofs in this area are 12 years old. As a former roof installer, a 20-year roof will last 15 years in this Florida heat. So these roofs only have 2-3 years of life left before needing replacement. This happened with Mr. W. In less than 60 days he was paid over $16,500.00 for his roof. In Florida your policy has “replacement Cost’ coverage. That literally means that if your roof is damaged on the last year of its service, you get paid in full for a new roof. Most states pay Actual Cost, which means his total roof replacement would have been paid only $1,650.00-$2000.00.
