Royal Palm Beach Public Adjuster
COLUMBIA County licensed INsurance adjuster
Did you know: Our service is free unless we can recover money for you. When we do recover money from your insurance company, we only charge a small percentage of the claim.
Hiring a Public Adjuster to handle your insurance claim is one of the most important decisions you will make following a disaster. Many owners try to deal with the insurance claim on their own, and often miss damages. When you use your own Public Adjuster you are not only protected, but it also takes the pressure off of you and saves you a lot of time. The small percentage we charge is almost always covered by the amount of money we recover. You might think you have $5,000 in damages, but after our adjuster is done, you could be owed $20,000. There are a lot of hidden damages that you might not find. We scour every part of the claim to find those items they might have missed so that we can get you fully paid.
Every Royal Palm Beach Insurance Adjuster is fully licensed and trained to handle claims of any size. We specialize in hurricane, fire, sinkhole, electrical and flood damage, but we cover all types of claim.

RECENT PUBLIC INSURANCE ADJUSTER SUCCESS STORY
In 2010 we were contacted by Mrs. C***** concerning her roof damage. No claim was ever filed during the time after the storm as her husband was terminally ill. He died shortly after the storm. She was handling affairs and just never made a claim. When investigating a leak, her roofer determined that she had storm damage to her roof. She contacted AAA to assess the loss and file a claim with her insurer. The claim adjuster met with us, we showed him the damage and our estimate. He stated that the estimate looked reasonable and he would pay the claim, but when the check came, no interior damages were paid. He stated that it could not be proven that the inside damages were caused by the leaking roof from the storm. Our client was paid $104,500.00 for the roof, but the interior damages exceeded $64,000. AAA successfully argued for an additional $58,600.00 and everyone was happy. Client requests no calls but allowed for us to use her story. Many of our clients are snowbirds and do not know they have incurred a loss. Once they return to their home, they find damage. Late filing of a claim is tricky and must be handled expertly. Incorrect handling can get you a denial. Be careful which public adjuster you use. Many claims require kid-glove handling.
